Please see full instructions in the article below for how to enter – riders are advised to create a rider profile or log in to their RHL account and update their rider profile ahead of entering to ensure they have no hiccups in accessing rider entries.

COMPETITOR PROFILE

To ensure a smooth entry process we advise you carry out the following steps, prior to entry application

1. Create an/Update your rider profile account, making sure the following is up to date and correct:

• Name (This name must be the exact name displayed on your Competitor Licence, if you have one.
• In the case of youth Competitors, the account name is to be in the name of the Competitor, not the parent/appropriate adult.
• Address
• Date of Birth
• Your account is unique to you and cannot be used for multiple applications within the same household/family/friend unit.

• Evo Open, age 50 - 70* bike up to 1989 
  
• Super Evo Open, age 50-70* bike up to 1996 
  
• Evo Ultra Open, age 50 -70* bike up to 2008
• Evo Ultra Open, age 60-70* bike up to 2008
  
•  Evo Open, age 40-70* bike up to 1989
  
• 125's age 30-70* bike up to 1996 
  
• Evo Open, age 30-70* bike up to 1989 
  
• Super Evo Open, age 30-70* bike up to 1996 
  
• Evo Ultra 4 Stroke, age 30-70* bike up to 2008 
  
• Evo Ultra Open, age 16-70* bike up to 2008
• Twinshock, age 30 - 70* combined class scored separately
• Twinshock, age 50-70* combined class scored separately

*A competitor who is over the age of 70, must apply for permission to race with the Auto Cycle Union or have permission from their relevant Governing Body, if not UK domiciled

ONLINE ENTRIES APPLICATION

All entries are through the online entry system using this link Farleigh Rider Entry.

You will have a maximum of 10 minutes to complete your entry from beginning to payment, so ensure you have checked your Competitor account, and it is all up to date, prior to commencing application.

Once you are ready to complete your application, please go to the online entry system as shown above:

You will have a maximum of 20 minutes to complete the application from start to finish after which the application will time out, and you will have to start the process over again.

• The online entry system is a click through process.

• The classes shown for you to enter will be the classes you are eligible for based on your age and or machine.

• The fields will automatically populate with name, address, telephone number, date of birth, transponder (if you have entered a transponder number in your profile).

• You will select a Competitor number.This is not a confirmed number until your application is processed and you receive an Electronic Welcome pack from the Competitor Administration Team confirming all the details contained within your application.

Competitors who submit incorrect/incomplete applications may lose their chosen number.

• Competitors who do not have a Transponder will be able to hire a Transponder through our Timing partner and this will be notified to you, upon receipt of your application for processing by our Competitor Administration Team.

• You will be asked if you have an accepted licence.Competitors who declare their accepted Licence number must ensure the Licence is valid and for the correct discipline.

• Licences declared are validated through the relevant licensing bodies.

• If you do not have an accepted licence, indicate this through the online system and a request for a day licence will be automatically contained within your application.

• Bike information – This plays a vital part within the event and speeds up the Technical Control process when you are on site.

• In the case of Youth Competitors - parents/appropriate adult please ensure you do not overwrite the already populated name with your own name, when it shows the entry name.The parent/appropriate adult you will enter their name further on during the application, which will be clearly identifiable.

• Sponsors – Maximum of 35 characters to include spaces.

• Payment portal is through PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account but can login to PayPal as a guest and pay by Credit/Debit card.

All teams must consist of 3 riders.

We will require the following information

1. Team Name
2. Managers name and contact details
3. Riders full name
4. Riders Date of Birth 

• 2 riders over 30, 1 rider over 40.
• All machines are evo plus category, which is two-stroke machines up to and including 2002.
• All team set ups must be presented professionally. (eg all team bikes under one awning.)
• Teams will be located in the main A Paddock area.
  
  RACE NUMBERS

  These will be allocated by the Organiser and each Team will be notified of these. Team managers will be notified of the numbers along with Team Competitors.
